Co-ed Bootcamp
Join us for this hour of bootcamp. Anything goes, from circuits to intense cardio, traditional strength training to the most cutting edge untraditional training methods or a taste of kickboxing that gives proven results. This hour will challenge every muscle of your body both inside and out! There is always a modification for everything making this class versatile for all levels and abilities!

STEP N' SCULPT
There is NO workout like a STEP workout for the lower body!! A great combination of cardio mixed with lower body strengthening and toning. A challenging and creative twist that takes old school step and turns it into a full body workout for participants of all ages and abilities!

CCAF will be
offering a 6 month program consisting of Weight Training and HIIT Cardio Monday-Friday.
There will be 3 camps to choose from 5am, 6am & 9am.
Your membership will also include FULL NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION AND COACHING and
access to the cardio room at ANY TIME during business hours. You will be provided
with customized meal plans that change to meet the needs of your body as it begins to change! There are no drop ins for this camp - so register quickly.
