Complete Core is please to offer a brand new TRAINING/NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM for 2012. I am certain you will find a variety of classes to suit your needs and achieve your desired results.
SUMMER 2012 Fitness & Bootcamp Schedule
STUDIO WEIGHT TRAINING (No Nutrition)
Whether you want to work out one day a week or five, this new program gives you the options and variety to pick and choose what works for you!! With the program you will receive one FREE consultation which includes body composition and Meal Plan to help guide you in your nutritional needs.

Monday - Lower Body Weight and interval Training
Tuesday - Lower Body Weight and interval Training
Thursday - Upper Body Weight and interval Training
Friday - Core and High Intensity Interval Cardio Training

6 MONTH FULL TRAINING AND NUTRITION PROGRAM
(In Studio & Online Training with Nutrition Coaching)
CCAF will be
offering a 6 month program consisting of Weight Training and HIIT Cardio Monday-Friday.
There will be 3 camps to choose from 5am, 6am & 9am.
Your membership will also include FULL NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION AND COACHING and
access to the cardio room at ANY TIME during business hours. You will be provided
with customized meal plans that change to meet the needs of your body as it begins to change! There are no drop ins for this camp - so register quickly.
Available spots - 5am (1), 6am (3), 9am (5)

Monday thru Friday
Fee: $1457.50 + GST

ONLINE PROGRAM - Offers all the same benefits of the In-Studio training program but you will be provided with your training program to complete at your own gym or in home. You will still receive all the nurtitional coaching benefits with the convenience of training in your own area or home!
Fee: $620.00 + GST
