Fall 2010 Fitness & Bootcamp Schedule
 
Co-ed Bootcamp
Join us for this hour of bootcamp. Anything goes, from circuits to intense cardio , traditional strength training to the most cutting edge untraditional training methods or a taste of kickboxing that give proven results. This hour will challenge every muscle of your body both inside and out! There is always a modification for everything making this class versitile for all levels and abilities! Hope to see you there and kick start 2010 into high gear!!
 
Gibbons Bootcamp

Please bring a moderate to heave set of weights, a pair of outdoor gloves and layers of clothing to suit the weather.
 
Trifecta
This hour is a triple threat to strength training. Supersets of unconventional training, cutting edge technique and a little extra push to give you the muscle definition you are looking for. This class is suitable for all levels, modification will be provided.

Kickboxing Aerobics
Join us for this high intensity, fat blasting cardio class as we kick and box our way into fitness and fun!!! This is a beginner/intermediate class as there is no expereince required.

Bikini Bottom Bootcamp 
Join us for an hour of bun shaping, AB sculpting and Leg defining fun! This workout will prove to help tone, firm and give you the definition you are looking for.

Hockey Dryland Training****** NEW CLASS
Janeene Gist, Athletic Trainer and Lead Instructor, has great experience in training competitive athletes, specifically those involved in ice sports. She has spent this past spring working with AAA Spring Hockey teams and players, University Players and most recently NHL Players. This upcoming season she will expand her training into the College and University Programs working with both male and female athletes on and off the ice.
 
This program consists of 60 minutes of plyometric training, strength training, quick feet and agility exercises, ladder training and of course core strength training. Dryland conditioning can be done all year long and with athletes of all ages. It is essential in making your athlete quicker, stronger, faster and more agile. By combining all the aspects of hockey dryland into your training program your athlete will notice a significant difference in their physical strength, mental focus and ultimately in their game. We can improve balance and flexibility which will help reduce injury and increase performance.
